    * Orders will be delivered using the Royal Mail first class or signed for service
    * Please ensure you enter your correct email address to receive your order conformation receipt


All packages require a signature, we cannot accept instructions to leave without a signature. You can select alternative delivery address including work address if this is more convenient.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours when in stock. Your order can be tracked online using the Royal Mail tracking service. Orders placed during a weekend are processed on Monday, and orders placed during a U.K. Public Holiday are processed on the next business day.


Delivery will be via Royal Mail or a Carrier Services who will require a signature of receipt. Carrier services only make 2 attempts to deliver and you may be charged for any further attempts therefore if there is a possibility that nobody will be at home during the day, you must provide an alternative delivery address where there will be somebody available to sign for delivery for example your works address. If there is nobody at the delivery address to accept delivery, the carrier service will leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery within the next 48 hours. If you fail to contact the carrier service within 48 hours your parcel will be returned
to lavandula.

We deliver Channel Islands and most European countries. For parcels not weighing more then 1000g - sorry we can send over this weight.
