The eucalyptus lemon oil is clear in colour and is steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of the lemon scented gum tree. It is one of the most antiseptic essences in the herbal repertoire. Eucaluptus is most often associated to products used for nasal congestion, chest rubs and inhalants for chest infections. It has a citrus aroma and has a fresh, stimulating and clearing effect.
Blends well with: Thyme, Rosemary, Pine, Cedarwood, Lavender, Lemon.
Safety Information:
- Never take internally
- Never use undiluted on the skin, mix with a suitable carrier oil, one drop to 2mls of carrier oil
- Do not use in pregnancy
- Use in moderation, may cause skin irritation
- Should not be used on children under 5
- Do not use or store with homoeopathic treatments
- Keep out of the reach of children
