Selenium (as selenomethionine) 50ug
lodine (as potassium iodide) 150ug

Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, potassium chloride, cellulose gum, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerine.
