Solgars Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of GLA ( Gamma-Linolenic Acid) and Linoleic acid, an essential polyunsaturate.
Grown without the use of herbicides and pesticides.
The Evening Primrose is a tall, but elegant plant that only blooms in the evening hence it's name. The oil in the seeds is rich in essential fatty acids,
particularly Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA is used in the production of hormone like chemicals in the body called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are involved in the control of a number of biological processes including hormone balance.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
